• Voice Data: Audio recordings from speech-to-text input, processed in real-time and not permanently stored as audio files.
• Device Information: Device identifier, operating system version, and app version for authentication and analytics purposes.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including feature usage and crash reports.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide AI companion chat functionality and conversation memory
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access
• Improve our App's performance and features
• Respond to user reports and enforce our content policies
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use reputable cloud service providers for database hosting. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Conversation memory is retained based on your subscription tier:

• Free tier: up to 3 days
• 7-Day Memory subscription: 7 days
• 30-Day Memory subscription: 30 days
• 365-Day Memory subscription: 365 days

When your subscription expires or memory retention period ends, associated conversation data is automatically deleted.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Google Play / Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Patreon: For subscription management and payments
• Payoneer: For payment processing
• Cloud AI Providers: For generating AI responses to your messages
• Text-to-Speech / Speech-to-Text Services: For voice features

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
